Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of StudyBuddy: Scan & Quiz (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

User content

You are responsible for content you scan or input. Do not upload or request quizzes for content you don’t have a right to use. You agree not to use the App to violate any law or third-party rights.

AI-generated output

The App can generate questions and explanations using an AI service. Output may contain errors. Use your own judgment and verify important information. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

Subscriptions & trials

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions with an optional free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Availability & changes

Features may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
